Our Story
Fair Hill Community Physicians: Rooted in Tradition, Committed to Care
Fair Hill Community Physicians is a dedicated team of primary care providers and staff with deep connections to North Philadelphia. We are passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to the communities we serve.
Our community has a rich history, shaped by individuals who worked to improve the lives of others. The historic Fair Hill burial ground is the final resting place of Harriet Purvis, founder of the Female Anti-Slavery Society, and Lucretia Mott, a leader in the movement to end slavery.
Fair Hill is also home to the graves of Anna T. Jeanes, founder of Jeanes Hospital, who used her resources to support the well-being of medically underserved individuals, and Anne Preston, a physician and educator who became the first female dean of a medical school at the Medical College of Pennsylvania.
Inspired by this legacy of service and dedication, we remain committed to providing compassionate, high-quality healthcare to our patients and our community.
